Live folk music in Reading on a Sunday night
Our venue is the conference room in Reading International Solidarity Centre, upstairs from the Global Cafe on London Street.
On the door £5 for guest nights £1 for singers' nights
Readifolk sessions are from 8pm to 10.30pm on a Sunday night.
Readifolk has a radio show on Friday nights between 6 and 8.
February 26th - North Sea Gas
March 4th - Theme ‘Water,Water, Everywhere’ Any song with a watery theme will be fine.
March 11th - Anthony John Clarke (www.anthonyjohnclarke.com) A fine songwriter with a unique performance. “Anthony John is quite simply a National Treasure” Fairport Convention
March 18th - Wendy Arrowsmith (www.wendyarrowsmith.com) A lovely singer and a deft guitar player. She handles traditional songs with subtlety and insight, while her original material is impressive.
March 25th - Singers Night Another DIY night when you have a chance to show us what you can do.
